TAX description error on live site

Hello All,

A client of ours is having an issue with their website,

He is using actinic v9 business

We have set up VAT under business settings/ tax

The description for the tax is "VAT" however when the site is uploaded the description changes to a string of characters, at the moment it has been changed to "a1837"

I thought maybe the Description was being saved in the database as hex or some other encoding but it seems to be random.

Any help would be much appreciated.

range - I see it's ojnly happening on some sections. First off obviously check the product and pricing layouts.
