Recipient / Deliver to Column

Is it my imagination (poor memory) or has the 'Recipient' column (which would usually be adjacent to the 'Customer' column) disappeared?

If not, any ideas how to make it reappear?

If you have Business, then right click on the column heading to make it "reappear" by ticking it in the drop down list. Alternatively, it's probably hiding underneath another one. Drag the sliders to find it.

I see it's Catalog. In which case it's there somewhere, slide things around a bit.
