Aye - it is not perfect - especially if you use "*" as all the components etc also spring out into full view - still a half step in the right direction of end user usability to make working with products easier.
You could of course delete this key and then restart Actinic: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Actinic\Catalog10\Sites\Site1\TreeState
that will collapse all.
