    Content Tab - Contents Disappeared

I'm using Business Multi Site V9.0.5

I've just gone from the Order Tab to the Content Tab and found the contents have disappeared. A completely blank screen.

If I go into the Design Tab, the content tree is there.

This is only happening to one of the sites.

Anyone else come across this problem?

Could be a nadged preview page - close Actinic and using windows explorer delete P_index.html from both the PreviewHTML and DesignPreviewHTML folders and restart Actinic.

I thought you were in bed with a dodgy back?

Take the laptop to bed, plump up the pillows and work from there. Just let out a few groans every 10 minutes.

No Joy, and there wasn't a P_index.html in DesignPreviewHTML

In PreviewHTML there are loads of other P_ files

Depending on which page you were last viewing it may be worth deleting all the P_ files ... P_Index.html is the product page preview but if you were on say the checkout it will be one of the P_order00.html pages. They are all generated when you click around Actinic so can be deleted with impunity.

I can't remember which page I was last viewing, so i'm guessing it'd be ok to delete all the P_ files ?

You can delete the P_ files, they will be recreated when you preview the pages.

I'm assuming that you mean that the Content Tree is missing.

Look at the "Window" entry on the top toolbar. There are checkboxes there for each area of the screen. Perhaps it's turned off there.

There are keyboard shortcuts to these items so it's possible that a bit of typing with the Alt key inadvertantly held down got you there.

Check under the bed or in the dog's kennel, if not there then you may have to reinstall Actinic.

                      Problem solved.

Looks like Norman know me better than the rest

What have it told you about wearing fancy dress costumes when typing?
