Changing the order for shipping classes

Hello guys,

I was wondering if anyone knows how to change the display order for the shipping classes:



At the moment the default choice when I add items to the cart is UK Islands, I would want it ti be England & Wales:



Any help would be greatly appreciated.

right click > properties, set the ones to be at the bottom. Do not set it on the one you want at the top.
