"Including N"

Hello,

This is probably blindingly easy for most of you, but I've spent all weekend trying to solve this!

In our checkout process we display the Vat content below the final price. This usally says, "Including Vat" , but for some bizarre reason it now says "Including N"...

The tax calculation is correct, but how do we drop the "N" and resume "Vat"?

Try Settings / Business Serttings / Tax. There are various fields where the word VAT may be entered. Perhaps your "N" is in one of them.

If that's not it, try Design / Text and search for "including". If you see an entry that looks like "Including N", change it back to the default. Note its ID and what was there before changing, just in case...

We have this problem also and I can assure you that by resetting the 'N' back to VAT will be a shortlived solution as it will revert to something else again on a future store publishing... and not necessarily 'N' !!

We have had product codes, random words, allsorts really in the place of the word VAT...
