Logging in

I have recently added a log in to our website, but when I log in the prices displayed change format from

THE MORE YOU BUY ...... THE MORE YOU SAVE
All prices include VAT @ 17.5%
1 Pack £2.99 each
2 Packs save 25% only £2.25 each
4 Packs save 33% only £1.99 each

to this format


THE MORE YOU BUY ...... THE MORE YOU SAVE
All prices include VAT @ 17.5%Retail Price: £2.54 (£2.99 Including VAT)

Your Price: £2.54 (£2.99 Including VAT)

Also some of the screen layouts are no longer properly formatted.

How can I make the logged on version the same?

Logged in prices have their own layout, as do the non-logged in prices. You need to match them up if you want them doing the same. The online price layouts are a little confusing to follow when you first see them, but there is a KB article about it, so i'd head for that first up.

Can you give me a shortcut to the relevant KB article. I have searched, but can't find it.

I don't have a link to it myself, but have definitely read it in there within the past couple of months.
