Runtime Error V9

Hello guys,

I hope someone can help, I'm getting the following error every time I try and save a snapshot:

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library

Runtime Error!

Program: C\Program Files\Actinic v9\Catalog.exe

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact the application's support team for more information.

Anybody can help?

Looking elsewhere on here, uninstalling (back up first) and reinstalling seems to resolve this.
