No Order Line for Main Product

mentions a "No Order Line for Main Product" checkbox next to Pricing Model on a general tab. I don't have that (for version 8, I think)

Is that the same as "Component as Separate Order Line"?

Then on the main product General tab should have price £0.00, Pricing model : sum of component prices, No order line for main product ticked.

I suspect the "No order line for main product" tick box only appears after you set the pricing model to be "Sum of component prices".

It is set to Sum of Component Prices, but there is only one component with 2 permutations in a drop down list. Could that be it?

Then on the component's General tab tick "Component as separate order line"

Is this also ticked? the two together should give you the option.

It wasn't, but it is now. Still no joy.

Let me just check I'm actually looking in the right place. It should appear in the Component Details box underneath pricing model?
