I have just upgraded to version 8 and applied shipping charges, however we have just had an order from germany that was charged no shipping at all, although this is clearly set up on the catalogue shipping.
On further investigation, there was a dropdown box on the site with 2 ship charges 0.00 and £12.00, the customer could choose what to pay, how do I resolve this please and remove the box to leave the correct ship charge.
