Time Out message when downloading orders

Hi, does anyone know why I am getting an error message when I try to retrieve my orders?

It has only been happening this weekend and I haven't made any changes to the site at all.

I have been on to my hosting company and they say everything is alright their end. Can anyone help? Have you seen this before?

I am on version 9 by the way.

Does the network test pass without errors?
Can you post a URL to the site?

They have had issues for the last week with broadband problems

Hi guys, thanks so much for your responses - where to start.

Darren B - well, we use BT for the phone and o2 for broadband if that makes any sense.

drounding - I know this is going to sound really bad but I have no idea what you mean. We always had someone else looking after this for us but it didn't work out. So now I am left to try and understand. Please be patient and explain as if you were talking to a child!!!

Your help is really appreciated and I am sorry I don't know more about it.
