What is standard authorization url that Actinic accept to confirm payment in Pending?

I use an external PSP "Samport" which is not integrated in Actinic.
My problem is that the callback parameters are not right so all approved payments orders are authorized to "Pending Payment Service Provider" instead of "Pending"
My question is, what is standard authorization url that Actinic accept to confirm payment in "Pending"?
