SSL problem

I have a customer who has SSL set for the whole site. They want the home page to be normal http.

Unfortunately the way the hosting is set up the SSL and non SSL act as two completely different folders. The SSL site loads up fine but I cannot get the home page to be non SSL.

Copying the SSL home page manually to non SSL won’t work because it is all self generated and the links will be the SSL.

Any bright ideas?

I think the only way you will acheive this is to build the homepage outstide of Actinic.

I'd try and talk the client out of SSL on the whole site.

It had an external page and they wanted it to look like the rest of the site and also to update it themselves within actinic.
It's an old site so ssl pages have been with google awhile.
I can replicate most of it but the drop down navigation was playing up and the amount in the basket.
