Purge and Refresh overwritting scripts

Hi,

I have edited some of the cgi-bin's scripts in my actinic website. I have changed these inside of the sites folder so that each time I upload it uploaded the correct scripts.

however when ever I purge and Refresh my website it seems to overwrite these files inside of the sites folder with the original actinic ones, is there anyway I can stop it from doing this? or does anyone know where it grabs the original actinic ones from to overwrite with?

Yes a purge and refresh copies scripts in from the Original folder in your Program Files.

I see thanks Louise I thought that it might be in that folder but just wanted to check before I went poking around in the program files

My V9 (9.0.5) has a tickbox option in Purge and Refresh - "Delete Perl Files and restore from Original folder".

If you leave this unchecked, then the Site folder files should not be overwritten.
