Free shipping discount settings UK only

Hi.

I don't know whether this can be done or not.
I would like to use the discount module in actinic to inform UK users only if they spend £50 they will get free shipping.
Can this be done please?

You can achieve this in Business Settings | Shipping and Handling

No, sorry I mean to indicate to people in the shopping cart when on the site that if they spend say another £20, assuming they have already got £30 worth of goods in the cart, that shipping is free.
This needs to be for the UK only, guess this maybe has to work off the IP address or this could work after they have chosen the UK as the ship destination.
Can anyone help here?

Not going to happen, you'd have to have it custom written for you and you'd not want to pay that i can assure you.

Your best bet is to clearly relay across the site that free shipping is on all orders over £50, rest assured that the mathematics skills of the general public when the possibility of saving money is possible, will not let them down.

Your UK restriction is the issue.
