Anchor linking from other site

I have an information site where I link to my products using the following link:- https://www.leisurebuildings.com/aca...tal-sheds.html etc:-

I know this did work (or I am reasonably certain that it did) when I used Actinic version 8, however, after checking, I find this does not work anymore. It only goes to the main page https://www.leisurebuildings.com/aca...ldings-uk.html and not to the individual products on that page. Is this an issue with version 9 or is there another way to link to a particular product from another site, thanks.

Check that you have this in your product layout:
<a name="<Actinic:Variable Name="EncodedProductAnchor"/>"></a>
normally just before the Product Name
