Enabling first & last name fields

Hello,

I've had a look on the forum and in the help section but can't seem to find the answer so am resorting to posting this thread.

On the ordering page of our website (Catalog v9) we wish to change the layout so that instead of just having the "name" field from now on we capture the customer's "first name" and "last name".

In the text settings tab there are no checkboxes that let me show or hide these fields?

Any suggestions welcomed. Thanks!
