Upgraded to v8.5.3 and Separate Delivery Address fields have disappeared

I have checked in Design | Text and the Show checkbox next to Invoice Separate Delivery Address is missing
and i cannot find how to get it back
I am losing orders as customers cannot put their work address for delivery
