Sales Analysis - Profit calculation

Every product inside actinic has a box for price and another one for cost price.
Is there a way of filling the cost price and then let actinic in the end of the month calculating total monthly profit as a difference of sale price to cost price ?

Not out of the box. You would need to modify the reports in Crystal Reports. It may get quite complicated when you consider VAT, VAT exemptions, returns, adjustments, shipping etc.
