    Customer order confirmation emails

    I am using v9 designer.
    I have been notified by paypal and the actinic program that I have an order but the customer isn't receiving the email and neither am I for the order details itself.
    I did ask this question a while back but didn't know that the customer wasn't receiving it either.
    Can anyone help please?

    I had this problem. I went into network settings and went to email seetings and used one setting:

    SMTP Server: localhost

    Make sure you have not ticked username & password required.

    It worked for me and hope it does for you.
