Anyone successfully using the RackSpace cloud option?

Im having repeated FTP timeout errors, HTTP connectivity errors etc.

well, ive got a working rackspace cloud site now, www.postpaidgames.co.uk - seems my repeated ftp issues were actually a router problem. New router, no more problems!

Almost working. You've got little squares instead of pound symbols.

I'm sure I've seen posts of this before on the forum. Something to do with character sets but I can't remember the solution. Sorry. A search should find the threads.

yeah yeah.. mr picky..... !

i had noticed it, and asasumed its because we are on a U.S. cloud.. I will look into it asap.

the site is live, but we have not done any seo / advertising - just wanted to test the cloud on a real site in a real setting, see how it goes. i'll make some orders and see what happens....

edit:

I've added .htaccess files fix but that resulted in a random fix!!

Then I changed the price symbol to 'html' encoding in the design tab as per this thread:

this does seem to work
