Unable to import a new site

I'm not able to import a new site as produced by my designer (it's the full site and not just a design snapshot). I've also tried an older site which doesn't work, so it's not a corrupt site issue.

Each time I try, I'm able to work through the import wizard and as it's about to import the site crashes.

I tried upgrading my software from v.9.0.2 to v.9.0.5 but I'm still getting the same problem. So frustrating!

First have you tried the test button on network settings WEB/NETWORK SETTINGS this assumes your designer has given you the server details

You need to be on the same version software as the designer

You should import via the snapshot import option

Suggest you have a talk through with the designer who should be first call
