I have just added an additional printer to our network which works fine for all applications and initially worked fine with Actinic as well.
Now today after starting everything up I am having problems. If I 'complete order' then the invoice will print to the default printer as normal however if I want to reprint an invoice then when clicking on the invoice/print button it just hangs for a few seconds and then nothing happens. THEN if I try to click on the 'printer setup' box to bring up the printer preferences dialogue box where normally I can select another printer - again nothing happens.
Even more stangely this only happens on one of my two actinic sites, the other one seems to work fine.
Any ideas out there?
