Plus and Minus (- +) buttons by quantity box

Hi everyone,

Wonder if anyone could help me adding Plus and Minus (- +) buttons by quantity box in v9.05... I've found instructions for v7, however it doesnt help me

Could anyone spare me few minutes to help me out on one this please?

This works for me in v11.

Should work for V9 as well.
