    Issuing a Refund

    The Add Adjustment box is greyed out for orders older than a few weeks.
    What Am I doing wrong? Also adding a refund via the view payments, new entry, credit card credit, doesn't seem to alter overall amount.

    Help please...

      If you have enabled tax point date then once an order is complete, you are not allowed to make any changes to it. This might be why the button is greyed out for older orders. To get around this, just edit the order (eg: change the address or something like that) you should then be asked if you want to change the order and then if you say yes to that then all should work correctly.
