Coupon Codes - issues with multiple codes

This is my first time posting on the Actinic forums :-)

I have searched but can't find an answer specific to my problem.

Basically, we send out e-mail newsletters that can have various 'coupon codes.' However, if someone puts their first item into the shopping cart and inputs the coupon code for the discount, then orders another item, inputs another coupon code, the original coupon code discount disappears.

I have check my settings and I have not limited the use of coupon codes or how many times the person can use it either. So I am left wondering why.

You're limited to one coupon code per order - the latest used will override the earlier one.

Is this still the case in V11 ?

Even though there is a check box marked "Only One reward Per Order" which can be unchecked.

I presumed that this would enable multiple rewards per single order?

But this does not seem to be the case...

Edit - read the help files and this is still the case - that check box relates to using the same reward multiple times etc.
