Tax Report & Custom Reporting

Hi.

I am trying to generate a Tax Summary report but, it just sits for a while, and then comes up with "lost communication with sync server" ....

Also I would like to create a report for total sales from Zero Rated (exempt) Vat orders. Is this possible ?
