Not adding to cart

Hi,

when i add an item to cart, it does not show in the Cart details box, i only know that an item has been added when i click view cart.
is this a common problem?
any help appreciated.

i've noticed the homepage is http://mysite and the view cart page is http://www.mysite
how did that happen and what's the cure?

Yes this is a common enough problem - at least with quite a few actinic sites I've visited.

To fix our ones I've edited the actinic pearl scripts to ensure that all cookies are created without the www. (I found the suggested changes on the forum here somewhere).
