VAT On Shipping

Hi,

I seem to be having a problem with applying VAT to shipping cost.

I am using tax included in price and tax included in shipping options

I have a checkout as follows for example.

Cost of Items :- £10.00
Cost of Shipping:- £5.00
Total Cost:- £15.00
Vat Included:- £1.75

The vat included should be £2.65 (on £15.00 not £10.00)

screenshot of your shipping & handling setup (zone/class tables, if that's what you're using) is going to be needed to see if there's anything amiss

You should have both "Tax applies to shipping" AND "shipping costs include tax" ticked?
