    Actinic Link and VAT exemption

    Hi all,
My client has had their Actinic catalogue running for some time they also use Actinic Link to export data to Quick Books where their invoices are generated.

However when an EU customer enters their VAT exemption number this is not transferred to QuickBooks. It is a legal requirement for the VAT Exemption number to appear on the Invoice, so I am suprised that I couldn't find any posts about this.

I can find nothing in the manual (Actinic or BQ Actinic Link) about mapping the tax exemption number to a field in QB through actinic link

Does anyone know if this is possible?

    Thanks

    bump.

So no one has ever encountered this issue? Can I assume everyone invoices from Actinic and not Quickbooks?

Very few I think - and unfortunately it seems not those that visit the forum regularly either.

well I've told the client to contact either actinic or quickbooks support or both.

I'll post back if they offer any enlightenment.

        thanks anyway
