Two Online Forms (Contact us pages)

    Hi Guys

Does anyone know how i can set up two contact us pages on an actinic site please?

Ive recrated the bulk page of the contact and created a new page, via new brochure page but when uploading and filling in form it is asking for required fields from the main 'contact us page'

The reason i want two separate pages I want an online form for people to fill in rather than a contact page, which i need to be separate?

I have searched the forum but cannot find a solution, so your help would be much appreciated!

    Thank you

    Kind Regards

    Bini

    P.s. Using Version 9.05.

Use 'machform', a fantastic cheap way to do almost any form you need, both for beginners and experienced coders.

I can also vouch for Machform consider it £30 well spent - all you need is mySQL either on your server or elsewhere.

I'll give a vote to Machform as well.

However, what you use to provide the form can depend on what you want to use the form for which you haven't said. For instance, if the form is to sign up for an email newsletter then the newsletter software provider should give you the code for the form.

          Hi Guys,

          Thanks for the quick reply!
How does Machforum work in Actinic?

I bascially trying to set up another online form that will allow customers to fill in a form and request a free sample. This form will be very similar to the contact us page, but with a few extra fields.

Thanks again guys really appreciate the support on this forum

Machform is normal html, so you embed it in a text-only fragment in between !!< and >!!
