Stability problems with V9 + W7

Just changed PC : AMD 4core 3.4 mhz + Gygabyte + 8 gb of memory.
I was running Actinic V9 on Windows XP with no problem.
Now, when I switch between « Pending Payment Service Provider » and « Pending », Actinic sometimes close abruptly ! Same thing sometimes happens, when I navigate I the content tree !
I don't have this kind of behavior with my other programs : Corel X5, Quickbooks, etc...

Something I should do or a setting I should modify ?

I reinstall/upgrade Actinic to correct my stability problem.
Now, when I open the program, I'm ask for a Password !
I had none.

Is there a workaroud ?

That's the word written : Administrator but I don't know the password !
I left it empty, and it did'nt work !
