Section links not working after changes

Hi. This is probably simple by has me stumped. Looking at Webmaster Tools I noticed a lot of crawl errors recently. All the errors, bar one, are the section links I have on down the left hand side. They work ok except from the view cart and checkout pages, which all go a 404 page. On closer inspection, it appears the /acatalog/ has gone awol from the url.

2 changes I have made recently that undoubtedly have some connection.

• I did a 301 redirect because Google believed I had duplicate content apparently.
• I generated and uploaded an XML Sitemap.

How can this be rectified easily?

What was your 301 redirect exactly?

EDIT: Just been looking at the site and I cann't see a problem with teh section links at all. They work in the cart and the checkout. Are you referring to the left hand navigation?

You're right. It seems ok now.

I've just gone to my work com to sort it out and the problem seems to have rectified itself. Now I'm confused, although happier.
