Call Centre Module

Hi,

Is there a 'module' that is designed for call centres to be able to process orders ? I know there is an EPOS sales module and of course the website module, just wondering as another sales channel if it existed ?

Business is designed to handle MOTO (Mail Order - Telephone Order) transactions.
