Top level section listed in box horizontally

Hi,

does anyone know if the section list can be displayed horizontally as a footer like the bottom our brand section at http://www.musclefinesse.com.

It can yes, whether a list shows horizontally or vertically is nothing to do with actinic, it's to do with the styling (css). So you can add toplevelsectionlist wherever you want it and just style it as a horizontal list. Plenty of tutorials on the web on unordered lists (<ul>), they'll give you all the code and what you need to understand.
