Add note to shopping cart page

I want to add a note to the shopping cart page such as Uk Deliveries Only, how do i go about this?

Presuming you're not using a Client version of the software

Design Tab and choose Shopping Cart from the dropdown menu
Click on the page where you want the text to be and edit the code layout (you may need to do some experimenting to get it exactly where you want it, unless you're familiar with code editting)

Alternatively you could edit or add to some of the text already displayed through Design > text but that depends where you want it.
