Hey Everybody

We had a an idea in house and were wondering if anyone else has done it yet. We have a large database of trade customers who reorder the same products daily and are complaining that it is time consuming the way the have to order on the website.
Currently they search for the product that they want and then go through the whole process of ordering that product again up to 50 times in a day. You can see why they get frustrated.

We were wondering if anyone has been able to put the order facility that you have in actinic backend online? The new order form is exactly what we are looking for. Is it possible to upload that and run it is a repeat order system?

Norman customised the shopping cart for me many moons ago that is a simple quick order form for online (why this is not already in actinic if its MOTO i dont know) If you give him a shout im sure he can sell you a copy for a small fee

v11 will hopefully address online accounts and have some capability for account holders to reorder.

See the Help for "How do I let customers save their shopping carts for later use?".

If you tell your repeat customers about this they may be able to use this capability.

Thanks for that, the difficulty is that our customers are ordering up to 50 different products going to different address at any given day. That's why we want to slick up the process. It seems no one has tried anything like this before.

Maybe you could offer a incentive so that they made one order a week and saved on postage and your teams efforts as it must be very expensive on your staff and time

Sorry I haven't explained this very well have I.

We offer direct despatch to over 150 accounts nationwide where they retail our products and then order daily to go to their customers.
