Customer Email Customisation

I know alot of this has been covered prevously (I have been using the search quite successfully) and I have made alot of progress, and I can nearly see the finish line. Last thing however on my custom email I get a horrizontal line of '==============================================' from the original templete, which ruins the my layout I understand I will probably have to modify a script but I can seem to locate these characters.

The problem is occurring in <actinic:variable name="CartOnlineXML"/>

Can anyone help me to at least shorten these down a bit so it fits?

Also I would like to change where is says PRICE to Prijs
and VAT to BTW

You should be able to change the text using Design Text.
Sorry not sure about the =========== - it must be in the perl scripts somewhere.
