Getting an error when backing up I have searched can anyone help please.

(File SnapshotWizard.cpp, Line 676) - Archive error 5 - The compression operation failed
Library error - Can not open file C:\Documents and Settings\Computer\My Documents\Actinic v8\Sites\Site1\ShipControl\SimpleShipping.mdb ! has been caught.

Yes it's been restarted a few times since.

I'd imagine there is a problem with your shipping settings (possibly the tax settings), what were you doing prior to this error appearing, playing with tax or shipping settings possibly?
