We are running Actinic (v9.04, I think) and we want to change the way we use it. Currently, we take payment at the time of order, but we want to use pre auth on the credit cards. We do not use Actinic to process the orders - we just export them and process them in our stock management system.
Firstly, if I switch the pre auth option on (in Business Settings), will exporting the orders give me the necessary information for our processing system - maybe in the payments.csv file)? I believe the required fields are: VSPTxID, VendorTxCode, SecurityKey and TxAuthNo (according to SagePay/ProtX).
Secondly, would exporting the orders (meaning they are 'complete') make Actinic trigger the request for payment from our PSP?
