Please check my clients site in FF & Chrome

    Hi All,
I wonder if a few of you could have a look at www.theprettydresscompany.com in Firefox and Google Chrome please, the site owners are saying it's broken in those browsers, however it looks fine in my setup (I have cleared cache and everything). They say it's fine in ie
    TIA

I'm not sure what I was looking for that might be broken but it looks fine in FF and Chrome for me.

Looks okay on mine. Have you asked them for a screenshot to point out the errors?

P.S. I think the cart button would look better below the size option rather than at the bottom of the page.

Thanks, I'm not sure the client is really upto technical stuff like screenshots though lol!
She says no images are visible and the writing's all in blue (I assume she means links and stuff) and at the bottom of the page.

I think you might be right about the cart button btw

I'd just come to the same conclusion, it does seem like no stylesheet is being read. I got them to do a screenshot but they're struggling to send it to me as they've only got webmail at the moment and are struggling to send an atttachment for some reason (we're just in the process of transferring their email to Actinic Hosting control so things are up in the air).

I thought the same about the cache, the problem is the girl who spotted the problem yesterday on her home pc didn't even have FF or Chrome on her office pc until I asked her to download them this morning, the problem was apparent right from install on her office pc.

I did get her to ctrl & f5 to clear the cache anyway but no joy.

          I'll keep trying anyway!

Use Teamviewer or similar to view directly on their PC perhaps.

Aha - getting somewhere! If you leave out the www it does fail! Something going wrong with the .htaccess methinks, or there is some problem resolving the non www site (we moved to Actinic last week, so it should all be resolving correctly now though!)

                Mick,

Can't see any problems in FF or Opera.

I see my Multi Product Images on that site. It's rather an old version and has had 2 major updates since you got it. If you're about to do any work on the site and want to upgrade it, send me an email.

Thanks Norman, I will do that.

Problem solved - somehow my .htaccess got corrupted and wasn't redirecting non www requests which for some reason was throwing my css out of the window in those browsers.

Thanks for all your help folks!
