Creating a snapshot - error messages.

The following error messages appear. Can anyone advise what to do?
Errors
(File Snapshot.cpp, Line 664) - Registry error 5, key

Software\Actinic\Catalog9\Original\InstallRoot\ - Access is denied.

(File Snapshot.cpp, Line 223) - The initialisation file 'SiteBackup.ini' could not be found

It sounds like Actinic may not have the required permissions. If yo uare runnign Vista or Windows 7 then try disabling UAC and try again. Failing that have you got some protection software running that might disable writing to the registry?
