Item shipped in Line Items Tab - can't complete order

In the individual order the item shows as shipped - blue check mark. However, in the main orders tab, it shows 'Items Shipped' as 0% and the order will not complete. I was able to print out an invoice but it won't check off this order as complete. What gives?

I am using Actinic Business V9.02, XP desktop....

Did you edit the order? 9.0.3 has a fix for edited orders not showing the correct % shipped.

TBH I'm suprised you're still using 9.0.2. 9.0.3 - 9.0.5 fixes hundreds of problems with V9.0.2 and 9.0.5 is far more stable and reliable.

Finally, if you're sure the order is all complete then you can just right click it and export it to shift it into the completed tab.

Just tidying up - I did install 9.05 and it seems to have fixed our problems.
