"The connection to the shop can not be established!

Is it a HSBC or Actinic issue?

That sounds like it's the Actinic SSl bounce page to HSBC.

I suggest you contact actinic directly and get them to investigate.

Our HSBC EPayments orders are arriving normally and a test we just did also worked. So no problem here, sorry.
