I've searched the forum for anything similiar but alas couldn't find anything so here goes...
We've had a couple of sales recently of this cube tap which retails for £79.99. However customers have actually purchased the item for £69.99 plus P&P. If you add it to the basket you will see that £69.99 is added rather than £79.99. The exact same thing was happening with this waterfall tap but a site refresh resolved the issue for this product but not for the previous one mentioned.
Has anyone else encountered this and does anyone know why it's happening? Chances are that the product was a copy of another product that may well have been for the price being charged, could the new product hold onto the old products pricing? I could probably create a new product to get around this but all the same I'd like to understand how I can avoid this in the future.
