Hope you can help.
On our site, I have creadted duplicates of products as they appear in more than one area, but these duplicates do not have the 'make available online' option bolded to use.
Every time I reset the duplicate, the option is bold and ticked, until i click on another one or the same one and then bam! the option is greyed out again.
Is this usual, or am I missing something? Please be gentle, this is the first time on here, and I'm learning actinic for the first time.
