We've just changed over to a new dedicated server and the IP address for the website has now changed.
I just tested a sale on the new IP and it downloaded fine, but I had quite a few sales from earlier on in the day when I think the DNS would have been in the process of changing and the sales came through on my email, but when I do send/receive... nothing comes through.
I tried re-setting the website IP to both the old IP and the new one and neither downloaded any of those sales.
Is it likely I lost these sales and will need to manually input them from the email notifications?
