System Configuration Problem (Possible MDAC Error)

Hi,
I have a Windows 7 machine running Business Plus 9.0.4.
When I try and open it it says 'System Configuration Problem'.
Then it goes on to talk about MDAC and how it may need reinstalling, however I can't find a place to download it!

Any tips would be much appreciated.

You can download MDAC from Microsoft but you shouldn't need to.

Is this a new install in Win 7?
Are you upgrading the site or your PC?
What version of Win 7 are you running (32bit, 64 bit)?
