Error page contact details

On the catalog error.err page where does the contact details come from? For instance on a site configuration error it comes up with "If the problem persists please contact us on xxx xxxx"

The contact details on our site on the error page are not our current details. How do we change this?

Details are either those in business settings or those you hard code into a page, there is no other setting anywhere AFAIK. Try changing the script number and uploading, perhaps a script is failing to update.
