    Editing Order received email

    v 8.5.3

    I have edited the "order received" template in the manage layouts feature.

    Ie enter any order, mail tab, edit, manage layout.

    However, the acknowledgement emails that are now being sent out to do not reflect the changes. Am I making the changes in the wrong feature?

    Where will I find and edit the order acknowledgement email?

    What you did should work but try modfiying the email in the Design View - select the page type as Order Received Email.

        Also if you want to change the email that is sent from the website to a customer after then have ordered, you will need to upload your website as well for the changes to take place.
